Brian J. Dillon

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend;

Brian J. Dillon, 73, of Lowell, passed away peacefully on Monday October 14, 2019 at Lowell General Hospital with his family by his side.

He was the loving husband for over 53 years of Sharon (Thamer) Dillon, who survives him.

Born in Lowell, Massachusetts. December 5, 1945, a son of the late Harold B. and the late Elizabeth T. (Flanagan) Dillon, he received his education in the Lowell school system.

A member of the Painters Union in Boston, Brian was a painter for most of his life in the Greater Lowell area.

Besides his wife, Brian is survived by his two daughters Kimberly Ahearn and her husband Brian Ahearn of Nashua, NH and Linda M. Dillon and her partner Edward McEachern of Chelmsford; and a granddaughter Amanda R. Dillon with whom he joyfully watched many Bruins games; two brothers; several nieces and nephews; and his beloved grand-dog, Buddy.

Malis “Ricky” Sok


Loving father, son. Brother and friend;
Malis “Ricky” Sok, 45, of Lowell, passed away on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at the High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Battambang, Cambodia, January 1, 1974, a son of Khom Sok and Lorm Yang, he attended Great Lowell Vocational High School.
Ricky spent most of his life as a landscaper in the Greater Lowell area.
Besides his parents, he is survived by six children Simonne Sok, Akira Sok, Raley Sok, Melanie Sok, Kiara Nuth and Rickdalena Nuth all of Lowell; six siblings Khim Sok, Kenny Sok, Khan Sok, Khinly Coutu and her husband Bob, Lin Sok and Lee Sok all of Lowell; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will be received at the Glory Buddhist Temple in Lowell Sunday afternoon October 20, 2019 after 3:00 P.M. His Funeral Procession will leave the Temple Monday morning at 8:30 A.M. for the Linwood Crematory in Haverhill, MA. E-condolences/directions at www.odonnellfuneralhome.com. John "Kevin" Molloy

Beloved partner, father, grandfather, brother and friend.

Kevin Molloy, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by loving family and friends on Sunday, October 13, 2019 at D'Youville Center for Advanced Therapy.

He was the loving and devoted partner to Alice Schofield, who survives him.

A lifelong resident of Lowell, MA, he was born on July 3, 1947, son of the late William H. Molloy Sr. and the late Margaret (O'Connor) Molloy.

He was a graduate of the Auto Mechanic program at Lowell Trade High School. After which he was employed at Lallas Buick, followed by New England Telephone, and retired from Verizon  in 2002.
 
Kevin was a lifelong enthusiast of restoration and showcasing antique vehicles, a pursuit that led to the many friendships he treasured so dearly. In addition to his home in Lowell, he and Alice also had a winter home in Zephyrhills, FL, where he acquired still more beloved friendships. 

In addition to his partner Alice Schofield, he is survived by his daughters,
Beth Montgomery and her husband, Lloyd of Havelock, NC, Elaine Gauvreau and her husband Jason, of Lowell, MA, his beloved grandchildren, Campbell and Griffin Gauvreau, his sisters, Maryjane Gomez and her husband Ralph of Brentwood, CA, and Joanne Lucier of Zephyrhills, FL. and many, many close friends.

He was also the brother of the late Margaret Molloy and William H Molloy Jr., as well the brother-in-law to the late Edward Lucier and the late Roland Jacques.

The members of Kevin's family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the caregivers and medical staff at Lowell General Hospital, D'Youville DCAT and Merrimack Valley Hospice.
 
Friends may call at the O'DONNELL FUNERAL HOME 276 PAWTUCKET ST. at Fletcher from 4 to 8 P.M. Friday. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Service to be held Saturday morning at the Lowell Assembly of God Church, 995 Andover St., Tewksbury, MA 01876 at 10 o'clock followed by burial in St. Patrick Cemetery. William P. Michaud, Jr

 

William P. Michaud, Jr, 83, of Wareham, Massachusetts passed away on Wednesday September 18, 2019 at Wingate of Belvidere in Lowell, MA. 

Born in Fall River, MA, July 4, 1936, to the late William P. and Blanche D. (Surette) Michaud, he attended St. Anne Elementary School and graduated from Prevost Catholic High School in Fall River.

A proud veteran of the Korean Conflict, he honorably served his country in the United States Navy with Patrol Squadron 8.

After the war, William went on to attain a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Stonehill College in Easton, MA and received his Master’s Degree in History from Bridgewater State University in Bridgewater, MA.

An educator for most of his life, Bill worked as a social studies teacher with the Fall River, MA public school system, as a Guidance Counselor in Blackstone, MA and a School Psychologist in the Chatham, MA school district. 

William is survived by his four children Michael Michaud of Placentia, CA, Marc Michaud of Bedford, NH, Monique Bachman of Windham, NH and Martin Michaud of Pocasset, MA and seven grandchildren.

Private Burial Services were held for the family at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne, MA.
